I got my computer back, I got my international phone back... and now my iPhone says that calls can't be connected to my phone for all incoming calls.

Did I do something to upset my devices? If you need me, the international number is 07904924730. My iPhone is going into hospital (that's how they say it here, they don't say THE hospital) tomorrow evening at 6:10. May it have a swift recovery.
